1. Your New Dating Coach!

So you’ve met this new guy (or gal) and you’re unsure where to go, what to say, etc., etc. Who hasn’t been there? Probably a lot of us recently, but if you’re there now there’s an easy solution. MeetMillie is your new dating coach.

In short, you have an ongoing chat about your dating life with it. You can ask it pretty much anything and it can help you with breaking the ice, creative activities, writing your bio, recommending restaurants, etc. It’s free to try so if you’re on the market give it a go.  Click here.

While this app is for dating, there will be a growing number of such coaching apps popping up. So this is just the tip of the iceberg.  

2. Your AI Clone

That old adage: You can’t be at two places at once. Well, now you can …. kinda. This is a fascinating AI idea with tons of applications.

Alex Hormozi is a successful entrepreneur and brilliant business guy. He has written a book and put out tons of content on YouTube and elsewhere. So a developer has fed tons of his content into an AI system and tasked it to answer questions like Alex Hormozi would. So now anyone who runs that application can, in essence, get business advice from Alex Hormozi. HormoziGPT github link here.

Now almost anyone can do this. The primary barrier is your content. In other words, you need to have content (blog articles, YouTube videos, books, podcasts, emails, etc.) to provide the AI in order to train it on how you think and talk. If you have that content, one such system is CoachVox. They suggest the application is ideal for influential entrepreneurs, coaches and content creators.

Another such system is SonicLink, which states that your AI replica can be used for business, companionship or self-reflection (talking to yourself takes on a whole new meaning). Doppl is another one coming soon.

The applications for this concept are nearly endless and include business coaches, sports coaches, fitness coaches, psychologists, and anyone who has a brand or expertise that is sellable. In fact, celebrities are already selling rights to their likeness for use in AI clones. Click here.

Another application is for the general populace who want their grandkids, and great-grandkids to know them. Presently, they are all chatbots with a text interface, but they will soon be video and it’ll seem like you’re having a normal voice conversation with a real person.

3. Your Personal Secretary.

Finally! No more note taking! Your personal secretary can take notes for you. It will transcribe and summarize meetings, create action items, tasks, and questions. It will log call notes, activities and recordings under the appropriate contacts in your CRM. In short, FireFlies does a whole lot of cool and useful stuff.

It also integrates with a whole host of third-party applications include Zoom, Asana, Monday, Google Meet, Teams Webex, Aircall, RingCentral, Zapier, and various calendars and CRMs. Prices range from a free version to a $19/seat version (plus an enterprise version). This is a pretty cool and useful service, but these will only get better as their breadth of functionality improves. I suspect everyone business will eventually use some form of this.

4. More Cash and Increased Efficiency.

Mega corporations have ample cash to spend in order to create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for any and every process. This allows the most efficient method of completing the process to be used by everyone, including new employees. Creating SOPs is very challenging, however, for small to midsize companies that don’t have as much excess cash laying around.

This can be a major issue when selling a business because a typical question from the buyer is “Are they SOPs for all the processes?” and the typical answer is either "No” or “What’s a SOP"?” So if you want to run your business more efficiently, or sell your business for more, you need SOPs.
