1. Before and After Photos.
Who doesn’t have a box of old photos?! The problem is that many of them are scratched, faded, and in black and white - so they don’t make the wall or bookshelf. Now there’s an AI app to make them like new! Check these before and after pics!
Just upload an image and it does the work. With this one (VanceAI) you can subscribe or pay as you go. And you can do one photo at a time or in batches! What’s not to like?
2. Ask It Anything!
There are different types of internet searches. One type is searching for a dentist or the nearest fast food restaurant. Another is when you have a question. If you search for top baby names, how to change a tire, or the best time to visit Cancun Mexico; you’ll have to look through the search results to find a website that has answers to those questions.
Not anymore! Perplexity.ai will just give you the answer. No more clicking on blog links to try to find the answer. It’ll also list common follow-up questions that you can click on to get more info. Free and no account needed. I highly recommend it and use this daily. In case you were wondering about Cancun….
Yes, this is similar to ChatGPT but it’s a bit easier to use. And no account needed.
3. No Lights, No Camera, Action!
Video is used by businesses for all kinds of things including onboarding clients, explaining product benefits, describing software operation , etc. However, many business owners don’t have the equipment (video camera, microphone, etc.) or skills to create a good video. Others simply don’t want to be on camera (nor hire an actor). It’s also a hassle and time consuming to find an actor, buy or rent the equipment, and edit the video.
Problem solved. Say goodbye to equipment, actors, and hassles. Say hello to Synthesia! You provide the text (which it will help you write) and it does the rest. You select from 140 avatars (virtual people) who will be the spokesperson. You also can select the voice and soundtrack (if one is needed).
If you need to show your screen (e.g., to demonstrate software) or upload an image for the video, no problem. And if you’re wondering, yes the avatars look very much like real people.
This will be a real game changer for early adopters, for example, who send personalized videos to potential clients. It’s also not difficult with Synthesia since you can easily edit the client’s name for each potential customer. Reasonably priced starting at $22.50 per month.
Sometimes the avatars are a bit stiff and don’t show much emotion, but I think this is fantastic technology and this is just the beginning as it will quickly improve.
4. From Dead Leads to Sales!
Lots of businesses have customers who they’d like to call to drum up business, but they don’t want to hire a sales staff because it’s expensive, difficult to get quality staff, and they may only need the service temporarily (e.g., to announce a new product).
So what’s a gal or guy to do? Use AI of course! Call Connect will make those calls for you. You simply complete a questionnaire and the system will make a test call to you. Then you upload your customer list. It can even connect to your calendar to set appointments (e.g., for estimates or other sales appointments). Best of all, you can get started within 30 minutes. Wow!
It has lots of other features too, including A/B testing, email summaries, and comprehensive logs. If you have 1000+ leads (e.g., former customers), this seems like a no-brainer.
Again, early adopters will gain an advantage by utilizing this technology while competitors don’t, and the technology itself will only improve (rapidly) and become more economical.
