I want to thank you for subscribing, and now reading, my newsletter! It would help me out if you would click on a link (any link will do). This tells Gmail and other programs that we are not spam. FYI - none of my links are affiliate links.
1. Your AI Lawyer
If you have a legal question, you can always ask ChatGPT or another AI. But what if you need a complete document drafted? Do you really trust an out-of-the-box AI to give you a solid contract? Now you don’t have to.
LegalNow can create and review your legal documents at a fraction of the cost of a human lawyer. (In fact it’s free to try.) It’s powered by GPT-4 and trained by real lawyers.

2. AI Content Ideas and Creation
Tired of spending hours each week brainstorming content for your business? Now you don’t have to.
AI-Suggests will generate tons of ideas and ready-to-use content for your business instantly. Not just blog posts either. It’ll help with SEO by generating headlines, titles, and meta descriptions. And no subscription is required so give it a try.

3. No Code AI Apps
Like me, you’ve probably had some ideas for using AI-based software apps. However, the thought of writing the code for the app (or any app) is daunting and, in short, prohibitive.
MindStudio allows you to create a custom AI-powered application without coding. It’s kinda like Bubble with a drag-and-drop format with dropdown selection menus. They also have dozens of AI-powerd apps that you start from and train on your specific application.

The resources required (expertise, time, and money) to create a software application continue to plummet. While these platforms cannot yet create complex applications, that will change soon. As software becomes cheaper to develop, SaaS values will decline. Additionally, the barrier to entry will not primarily be the cost of the software development, but the ability to market the SaaS and keep customers (e.g., by providing a valuable service).
4. ChatpGPT Use Cases
We’ve all heard of those meal planners where you type in all your ingredients and they will spit out a few meals you can make with your ingredients. Unfortunately, I’m not industrious enough to type in my ingredients with the hope that I’ll like one of the meals and that I’ll be sufficiently skilled or motivated to cook it.
With ChatGPT’s new vision processing, you just take a picture of the inside of your fridge and your ingredients and it can spit out some meals. A lot less effort!
