1. Your AI Sleep Coach

As you might expect, there is a wide variance in the skill levels of salespersons. And just a small increase in the percentage of clients sold can result in a huge increase in revenue and profits. But most businesses can’t also hire a sales coach to coach each salesperson through the sales process. Or to critique the salesperson afterwards.

3. The GPT Store is Open…. Sigh

The GPT Store is now open so that anyone who creates a GPT can put it in the store for others to use. Lots of people have been awaiting this opening and compared it to the Google App and Apple App stores, where many early vendors made a ton of money.

Unfortunately, OpenAI hasn’t spelled out how those offering GPTs in the store will be paid and alluded to revenue sharing. In short, although the details on how revenue will be shared or how vendors will be paid are unclear, this was a big disappointment to many.

I’m hoping that OpenAI will offer the vendors whose GPTs are widely used some significant cash so there is motivation for entrepreneurs to create cool and useful GPTs.

4. Creating SOPs

Need to delegate something to your assistant, but explaining how to do it is a pain? Now there’s an easier way.

Step 1: Record an instructional Loom video of something you want to delegate. (Loom allows you to record your desktop screen while you perform the task.)

Step 2: Open ChatGPT and use this prompt:

"Transform this transcript from an instructional video into a comprehensive set of actionable steps to create an SOP (standard operating procedure), that will be easy for a team member to understand and execute. The transcript includes [briefly describe the task or process covered]. You should highlight key points, cautionary notes, and tips for efficiency. The goal outcome is a step-by-step guide I can use for effective delegation, that minimizes misunderstandings and errors and maximizes productivity and accuracy in task execution: [Include the transcript]"

Step 3: Give your assistant the video and the new SOP

Produce documentation for essential processes in minutes, not hours.
