1. Level Up Your Skills with AI

We all have those areas where we’d like to improve our skills. However, what’s the best way to do that? I typically look for YouTube videos, but that can be hit or miss. And I’m often left with only a partial lesson on the skill I want to improve.

Now there’s a better way using Smart Skills, which allows you to test your skill level on any topic and includes tons of short courses (550) to improve your skills.

I think I’ll have my teenager take the Interpersonal Skills since he only answers in one-word sentences.

I think this is a pretty cool idea. However, I think it’d be more valuable if it specialized in a niche so it could then offer the service to businesses. For example, it could teach HVAC technicians not only how to fix things, but how to interact with customers, how to handle difficult customers, how to sell services, how to manage employees, etc. Lots of niches and opportunities are available. The testing part could be used to give feedback to business owners on the skill level of the employees.

A niche AI business such as this would be ideal for someone who is already in a niche, or who can partner with someone running a business in the niche. They could then develop it for their own business before offering it to others.

2. Easy AI Lead Generation

Businesses need sales. And to get sales they need leads. Now there’s an automated way to get leads using Touch.

4. My AI Project

As you may recall, I’m creating a SaaS for a niche industry to follow up with customers using AI. I thought I’d pass along my trials and tribulations in this project so that you can learn from my efforts.

Currently, it emails customers and replies to their email responses. It’s finally starting to sound like a person. We’ve had to be very specific in the AI instructions and list examples of how to reply to potential customer messages.

It’s been instructed to be a sales assistant. The current problem is that during testing it’s saying things like…. “I can’t wait to meet you when you come in Saturday.”

Obviously, it will not be meeting anyone since it’s not a person and won’t physically be there when the customer comes in. So now we’re modifying the AI instructions to reflect that.
