1. Your Next Big Opportunity with AI is Here
We’re all familiar with Google Play Store and Apple’s App Store. Some of those offering software on these platforms have made many millions and others continue to make a very good living.
Imagine being one of the first 100 to offer your app in the App Store or in the Google Play store! While those days are long gone there is a new opportunity. OpenAI is opening the GPT Store (at the end of the month) where you can offer your own ChatGPT for sale to the public. In other words, you can create a custom version of ChatGPT - such as one designed for a specific purpose - and offer it in the GPT Store. NO CODING REQUIRED.
So how can you create your own custom ChatGPT? There are really two ways to customize it to make it your own. The first is with custom instructions (prompts). More specifically, you can instruct the AI how the AI should respond to the user, what resources it should access before answering, what questions should be asked (or data known) before answering questions or providing the desired solution, the format the answer should take, and a variety of parameters so that the output of your custom ChatGPT will be unique. You are only limited here by your imagination.
So let’s say you wanted to create a ChatGPT for marketing. You could instruct the AI (ChatGPT) to ask the user for the size of the company, the niche, the revenue, the marketing budget, the company’s avatar, the unique selling proposition, etc. You could then give the ChatGPT guidelines about what marketing channels would be best based on this data (e.g., cold calling is often used with a low marketing budget bc it is cheap).
The best thing about it is that you can actually ask ChatGPT to help you build the custom ChatGPT.
Ok, so the second way to customize your ChatGPT is with data. If you have, or can get access to, data that others don’t have, you’ll have a unique ChatGPT because only your ChatGPT can use the data to answer questions.
The data might be emails, phone call transcripts, Discord/forum chats, videos or any data that can be used to glean information by AI. So if you had 100,000 sales emails, that data could be used by ChatGPT to help other sales teams. And it would be very valuable!
But Mel, I don’t have any data! I get it cause I don’t either. But you could get some. You could partner with someone who has data. For example, you create the custom ChatGPT using their data and share in the revenue. Or you could scrape some data off of some communities (Reddit), X, or other platforms. (Not sure how to do that? Ask ChatGPT.) There are tons of YouTube gurus who would probably love to have someone use their videos to create their custom ChatGPT for them using their existing videos.
I think in the long term, the custom ChatGPTs with the best data will be more successful than those with lesser data. However, initially, it will be the wild west with a clear first-move advantage. As you may recall, many of the first apps in the Google Play Store and App Store were terrible, but still made money - and many evolved into good products. So if you have some expertise (or could research it), why not create a custom ChatGPT and see what happens? As stated above, ChatGPT will help you do it.
2. Your AI Caller
Making calls can be a problem. And we all know why. It’s because the person we’re calling often doesn’t answer. It’s not like text or email where you send a message and then go about your day. With a call you have to make sure you’re at a place and time where you can conduct the call, make the call, and then wait to find out if they answer. Then, if they do answer, you need to either get info from them and/or give it.
For businesses, this can be a time-consuming and tedious task for employees - especially when so many of the calls to their customers go unanswered. Limeline.ai has solved this problem. You can create an AI agent to automate meetings and make repetitive calls over and over so you (or your employees) don’t have to.
It will provide real-time transcripts and summaries as well as a recording of the conversation. Starter plan is only $15/month.

3. Your AI Tour Guide
Who doesn’t love vacations?! I know I do. One hassle though is planning out the activities. Touring is fun but planning it can be a hassle and who wants to read about the location when you arrive when you can be looking around?
Now you don’t have to - just use the Touring app. It will provide you with an immersive audio guide that adapts to your pace and interests. So instead of a crowded tour, you get a private tour personalized to you.
Are you foody? Or love history? Or maybe sports? The arts? The app can set up a tour just for you. And if you have a question during the narration just ask and get your question answered. If you’re with a friend or two you can all sync up the narration. You can also pause at any time and you even get to pick the voice guide.

4. Your AI Business Assistant
There are so many details needed to run a business that it’s very difficult for a small business to adequately address them all. Many of these details are very repetitive such as onboarding new employees, answering employee questions, tracking action items, troubleshooting problems, brainstorming ideas and many more. These alone can swamp a small business owner.
Now there is an AI assistant to help with these and many other tasks - Cody AI. You simply upload whatever information it needs (think employee handbook, website URL, manuals, databases, etc.) and Cody can sift through them to answer questions and perform tasks (e.g., write copy, write professional emails, translate documents, create marketing material). Worth a look!

In the News…
Elon Musk has released his AI (Grok AI) to take on ChatGPT and will be integrated into vehicles. It’s apparently witty and uncensored.
