1. Interior Re-Design

I’ve often wondered what some of my rooms could look like with a re-designed interior. Unfortunately, I just can’t picture it and I’m not interested in spending a bunch of money to get ideas from a designer when I’m not sure I’d even want to implement them.

Now there’s a better way. AI Home Design allows you to upload pictures and then it redesigns the room according to your supplied style and preferences. I gave it a try and it worked pretty decent though it’ll take some tweaking to get what you’d really like.

Business Idea: This is a great tool to get design ideas. What I think someone needs to create is a tool that actually uses data/pics of real furniture, fixtures (e.g., lights), and accessories that the user can buy. It could also spit out the exact paint colors, amount needed, etc. so that the user could actually buy the products to make suggested changes to the room. It could be monetized through affiliate links to the products, via monthly subscription or by project (e.g., room or house).

2. Liven Up Your Photos

It’s both cool and spooky at the same time - seeing my long-dead great-grandmother turn her head and smile at me. Simply upload a picture to My Heritage and the AI does the rest - in effect making a short video from the photo, bringing it to life.

My 2 Cents: This is a cool idea and I like it. I doubt many people will pay much for this service, but they say they’ve done over 110 million animations, which is a lot and if properly monetized could amount to some real cabbage. I think this would be easily marketed on Facebook and grow into a real business (7+ figures). They are currently selling DNA kits but it could be used to draw traffic for a variety of affiliate links.

3. Your AI Social Media Manager

Well kinda. Followr.ai will help you create content for social media channels. This is no small task and often the bane of business owners. It includes a wide range of media assets to enhance your visuals. But that’s not all….

It also will allow you to respond to all messages and comments in one centralized platform. So no need to jump back and forth between platforms. Includes an AI text editor too (who doesn’t nowadays). But that’s not all….

It also measures your social media performance with an analytics dashboard.

Next Gen: I think the next generation of this and similar platforms will have the AI prepopulate responses to all the messages and comments (for review by the user before transmitting) with the eventual target for it to handle all the messaging itself.

4. Unlimited SaaS Ideas  

SaaS isn’t for everyone but it does garner a lot of attention because of the extreme wealth that can be created very quickly. But how do you find ideas? Why not use AI!

Here’s a prompt I put together very quickly to get some ideas. Feel free to use it of course but I would refine it a bit more before going prime time. Make sure you have internet browsing turned on.

Create a list of 3 startup business ideas in b2b SaaS that can grow to an 8 figure company. The startup ideas should have a strong value proposition and solve a known problem. Avoid cryptocurrency and blockchain.

The business ideas should have customers that can be targeted via marketing. The business should be able to be developed for under $50,000 on a no-code platform such as Bubble. The idea of the business should be able to be validated prior to building the SaaS.

For each business,
(1) describe the business;
(2) describe the user;
(3) search the internet to estimate the TAM;
(4) describe how marketing will target the user; and
(5) describe how the idea can be validated prior to building the SaaS.  

I think ChatGPT did ok given my prompt. Obviously, this could be tailored to your background, industry, and/or funding requirements. The possibilities are endless.
